Mikhaïl Abramovitch and Ivan Abramovitch Morozov, Russian patrons and collectors, have brought together one of the most famous collections of French modern art (Matisse, Bonnard, Picasso, Gauguin, Van Gogh, Degas, Monet, Renoir, Maurice Denis, Cézanne ... ) and Russian (Vroubel, Chagall, Malevich, Repin, Larionov, Serov…) at the beginning of the 20th century, collection nationalized during the revolution.
