Paquebot
"Paquebot" is situated on the ground floor and decorated with a sky ceiling of LED roof lighting. It gives directly to the Convention Centre gardens. It can hold 150 people in theatre set up, 80 people in school set-up, 40 people in a U set-up and 200 people for a cocktail party. This space is also suitable as an exhibition area.

Auditorium
The 1000 sqm auditorium can seat up to 900 people (800 seats and 100 jumpseats) in theatre set-up and 287 in school set up. It can be modulated with white, lycra veils. It is equipped with a backstage door for loading into the 5x5 m bay, 3 translation booths, with technical and interactive equipment and internal video system and lastly WIFI.

"Expo 300" is an area of 300 sqm, which benefits from natural daylight, and is used for breaks /cocktail parties (up to 300 people) and for exhibitions.

Brière
This very large area of 965 sqm can be modulated into three parts: "Fédrun" 300 sqm, "Bréca" 375 sqm and "Kerhinet" 290 sqm. The area is air-conditioned, can be sealed off, and has natural daylight. There are special poles along the ceiling containing electricity sockets. This vast area gives directly onto the outside and possesses a side-entrance for delivery vans. There is a WIFI hotspot with up to 1000 connections available simultaneously through a private code. The restaurant area can provide up to 750 meals on rectangular or round tables (base of 1,60 for 8 to 10 people).
